$100 off your first month of any 1-on-1 personal training package. You'll also get a free 60-minute consult and body-composition session before you commit to anything.

How much does personal training cost?

Pricing depends on the package and frequency that fits your goals — most members invest the equivalent of one nice dinner per session. We'll walk you through pricing transparently at the free consult so you can pick what works.

How long are sessions and how often do members train?

Most 1-on-1 sessions are 50–60 minutes. Members typically train 2–3 times per week to see the kind of 30-day results we're known for. Lloyd will recommend the right cadence based on your goals.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts. You can train month-to-month and cancel anytime.

What if I haven't worked out in years — or have a past injury?

That's most of our members. Lloyd and the team start where you are and build your plan around any injuries, limitations, or time gaps. Most members are in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s — you'll fit right in. Pain-free movement comes first.

What happens after I claim the offer?
